For your convenience, we offer mobile notary services at your home or preferred location, saving you time and hassle. Rely on us to provide professional and convenient services tailored to your needs. Types of Notarizations Offered: Acknowledgments: Verifying the authenticity of signatures on legal documents. Jurats: Administering oaths or affirmations and certifying that the signer has sworn or affirmed to the truthfulness of the contents of the document. Oaths and Affirmations: Administering oaths or affirmations for affidavits or other legal documents. Copy Certifications: Certifying that a copy of an original document is a true and accurate reproduction of the original. Notarial Acts allowed in Arizona are: Acknowledgement, Jurat, or Certified Copy. The State of Arizona (A.R.S. § 41-316) regulates notarial fees for the three acts at $10 per notarial act. Additionally, we charge the state-regulated mileage fee of $0.65 per mile round trip. *Additional fees may apply during Federal Holidays, after 9 PM, and on weekends. A $20 per every 15 minutes wait time will be charged for being late to appointment.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment of our staff's time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice prior to their scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without incurring a fee. Cancellation Procedure: All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or text message. Please include your name, appointment date and time, and reason for cancellation. Late Cancellation Fee: Clients who cancel their appointment with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a late cancellation fee of $10. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur. In such cases, the late cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion. Please communicate with us as soon as possible if you encounter such circumstances. Payment of Fee: The late cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file or must be paid prior to scheduling a future appointment. Repeated Offenses: Clients who habitually cancel appointments with insufficient notice may be subject to additional consequences, including refusal of future services. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request, provided it is made with at least 24 hours' notice and does not disrupt our scheduling. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation policy.
